“ This bubble tea spot is an absolute gem! The drinks are incredibly delicious, and I love that they fully customize every order to exactly how you like it. My personal favorite is the Iced Matcha Brown Sugar—it is honestly amazing and a must-try! Beyond the drinks, the upstairs area is so charming. We were thrilled to find Kuromi and Cinnamonroll, and other adorable Hello Kitty/Sanrio knickknacks for my daughters; it made the visit so special for them. The people who work there are absolutely beautiful, sweet souls who make you feel so welcome. “ i had a really fun time making cute phone charms with my boyfriend, the staff was very nice and helped us when we had questions. the tea was super good and the tapioca was super fresh. i ended up taking a pretty bad fall down the stairs which isn’t their fault, i’m just clumsy, and the girl working helped me clean up and made sure i was okay, even helping me walk around and when i ended up getting another bubble tea she gave me extra sugar and charged me for a medium when i got a large which was so sweet of her!! i’m absolutely coming back and to all the bad reviews about service, they have like two workers and two floors to handle!! thank you guys so much for helping me and im so so grateful <33 ”

“ Went for bubble tea and bracelet making! My bracelet was $30, and I got a mango tea. With tip the total was almost $50. Bracelet making was fun, and there were a good amount of glass bead options but it was expensive for what it was. We arrived for opening at 1pm, and there was no wait. By 145 there were no more tables left yet. The tea was fantastic, no complaints there. I would definitely go back, but would make something different next time. Edited to add: 4 stars instead of 5 just because of the price point of the bracelets. ”

“ Loved it so much! The prices are a little expensive, but so worth it! A bucket full of bubble tea is only 13 dollars! There’s also a lot of charms available if you want to make a phone case, picture frame, and so much other cute things! The charms include hello kitty characters, weenie the boo, flowers and so many other colors and different foods. Stayed for so long and the customer service is really helpful! ”

“ Loved coming here. I wish they kept the maintenance up from when they first opened. But to be able to make cute deco art and have a good drink is so fun with friends. Also if you are visiting make sure you have a container big enough to protect it while it dry. ”

“ I’m officially addicted to Got Lot Tea. I’ve ordered from here more times than I can count, and I always leave happy. My go-to is the Very Chocolate and when the guy makes it, it’s next level. I don’t know what he does differently than the girl, but it just tastes better. That’s just my opinion, but I stand by it. I’m also completely hooked on the Cotton Strawberry Slush. It’s dangerously good. I’ve tried the Honeydew Yogurt, Peach Yogurt, and a bunch of other drinks too, and they’ve all been solid. I never order just one drink; it’s always at least two because I can’t choose. If you like rich chocolate or fruity slushes, this place will ruin you in the best way. ”
